Precision Tooling & Regularly Calibrated Accuracy

For manufacturing we use the best technically designed CNC turning centers, CNC grinders, and Super-finishing machines — both Indian and imported.

Machine accuracies are regularly calibrated so that each and every race is machined to its exact geometrical accuracies, ground, and surface finished to achieve very low noise levels.

Bearings are assembled after proper gauging and well-designed fixtures to achieve high levels of running accuracy. Before packing, each and every bearing is inspected, and comprehensive records are maintained to track its historical traceability in case of any customer query.
